Nicholas Mann

Nick founded Interdirect, one of Milton Keynes’ most established marketing agencies, over 25 years ago. Since then Nick has been an instrumental leader for Milton Keynes as he continues to promote the city on a national and international basis. Nick is the current Chair of the Milton Keynes Business Leaders Partnership and visionary of the Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards.

Jason Sinclair

Jason is an experienced Executive Director, Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute with over 20 years in strategic executive and operational posts, including within corporate business,
SMEs and within higher education. An Equality, Diversity and Active Inclusion Transformation Lead, with a focus on executive D&I strategy development, governance and D&I best practices in recruitment lifecycle and staff development. Jason is passionate about all things education, development and people, and supports a variety of executives within FTSE businesses.

Councillor Amanda Marlow

Amanda Marlow served as Mayor of Milton Keynes 2022/23. She has long been interested in education, having been a school governor at a special school for over eight years. She was a member of Milton Keynes City Council’s Children and Young People’s Scrutiny Committee for many years and is passionate about special needs provision within Early Years, schools and colleges. She is a strong voice for apprenticeships, believing that the traditional pathways of university and employment are not for everyone.

For this award we are looking for individuals and groups that have inspired and encouraged sport in schools, from PE teachers who get the best out of every pupil to extra-curricular clubs and groups that give young people a chance to develop their love of sport.

For this award we are looking for a primary school that has had an exceptional performance in the previous 12 months, however, it is equally applicable to those that have experienced rapid improvement and those that are maintaining continued excellence over a longer period. The judges want to see more than academic achievement and are looking for entries that demonstrate innovation, imagination and efforts to develop children in ways that go beyond the league tables. You should provide evidence to support your application, be it inspection reports, parent testimonials, data analysis or anything else you feel would be relevant.

SECONDARY SCHOOL OF THE YEAR – SH PRATT GROUP

For this award we are looking for a secondary school that has had an exceptional performance in the previous 12 months, however, it is equally applicable to those that have experienced rapid improvement and those that are maintaining continued excellence over a longer period. LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT – SPONSORED BY QUEENSBURY CONSULTING

For this award we will honour outstanding leaders in education who have dedicated their lives to the enhancement of the institution/organisation and advancing the field of education with their pioneering spirit, demonstrated innovation, advocacy and career achievements that have improved the education industry. The Lifetime Achievement Award would be presented to an individual member whose long-term efforts, dedication, and sustained commitment has supported the organisation.
