Shalom Lloyd

Shalom is the Founder of Naturally Tribal Skincare Ltd (as seen in Vogue), a natural chemical-free skincare company built on valuing healthy ethical, and sustainable living whilst empowering African women. Shalom is also the Chief Strategy Officer at Emerging Markets Quality Trials {eMQT), an organisation focused on diversity in clinical trials providing the global pharmaceutical industry access to patients in Africa and is also a Department of International Trade Export Champion, a mentor for Women Leaders in Milton Keynes.

Jannine Perryman

Jannine is an ADHD & NeuroDiversity Trainer for ADHD Wise. She is a leader in the field of supporting ADHD and other associated conditions both in the workplace and in Education. Jannine has featured in articles in The Guardian, Society for Education & Training (SET) and ADHD Action. She is a member of the Association of Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ACAMH), and the Society for Education, Training (SET) and student membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS).

Tom Pursglove MP

Tom was first elected as the Member of Parliament for Corby & East Northamptonshire in May 2015 and re-elected at the General Elections of June 2017 and December 2019. He served as a Parliamentary Private Secretary to several Ministers and as Vice Chairman of the Conservative Party for Youth, Assistant Government Whip, Minister of State for Justice & Tackling Illegal Migration, Minister of State for Crime and Policing, and Minister of State for Immigration.

Dean Jones

Dean has over 10 years of experience of working within the charitable and not for profit sector. He has also worked within the education sector for a good proportion of his working life. Dean is passionate about relationship building. He strives to build strong inclusive communities where everyone can thrive and succeed. Dean is currently the Head of Giving and Development at Northamptonshire Community Foundation. He has also previously worked for the University of Buckingham as both Partnerships and Outreach Manager and Development Manager.

For this award we are looking for a nursery that has had an exceptional performance in the previous 12 months, however, it is equally applicable to those that have experienced rapid improvement and those that are maintaining continued excellence over a longer period. The judges want to see more than academic achievement and are looking for entries that demonstrate innovation, imagination and efforts to develop children in ways that go beyond the league tables. You should provide evidence to support your application, be it inspection reports, parent testimonials, data analysis or anything else you feel would be relevant.

MATHS TEAM/TEACHER OF THE YEAR – SPONSORED BY J SWEENEY ACCOUNTANTS

For this award we are looking for teachers and teams who have created a sense of enthusiasm about the study of Maths – among students and also among colleagues – while also delivering excellent results.

ENGLISH TEAM/TEACHER OF THE YEAR – SPONSORED BY DFA LAW

For this award we are looking for teachers and teams who have created a sense of enthusiasm about the study of English – among students and also among colleagues – while also delivering excellent results.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND SUSTAINABILITY AWARD – SPONSORED BY THE APERTUS GROUP

This award will go to an individual or team who have worked hard to engage students and colleagues in their mission to make a difference to the future of our planet and inspired positive change.

SEND SCHOOL OF THE YEAR – SPONSORED BY SIMPLY EDUCATION

For this award we are looking for a school whose staff and children are at the heart of everything they do. A school that works as a team to help SEND children to achieve their full potential. A school whose staff are caring, knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate about supporting children with special needs.

STEM AWARD – SPONSORED BY UNIVERSITY OF NORTHAMPTON

For this award we are looking for teachers and teams who have created a sense of enthusiasm about the study of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths – among students and also among colleagues – while also delivering excellent results.

SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER OF THE YEAR – SPONSORED BY TICK EDUCATION

We are looking for an exceptional school business leader who has radically reinvented the perception of the traditional school business manager within not just their own setting but across their local region and is a trailblazer for projecting professionalism. They will also show an exceptional ability to deliver excellent resource management across their own school, ensuring financial viability whilst still improving pupil outcomes.

HEADTEACHER OF THE YEAR – TRACK NN

For this award we are looking for a successful and truly inspirational Headteacher. In your submission please detail all the elements that make them a fantastic leader, including staff development and wellbeing, academic and other achievements, and community engagement.

PRIMARY SCHOOL OF THE YEAR – SPONSORED BY SIGN IN APP

OVERALL SCHOOL OF THE YEAR – SPONSORED BY THE QUBE MODULAR BUILDINGS

Once the judges have finished their deliberations on all the other categories, they will choose one school that stands out from the rest of the finalists. This might be a school that has won, or come close to winning, a number of different awards, or it might simply be one that has had an outstanding year and deserves special recognition. The Overall School of the Year will be based entirely on the judges decision and isn’t open for entry or nominations.

LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT – SPONSORED BY ALL THINGS BUSINESS

For this award we will honour outstanding leaders in education who have dedicated their lives to the enhancement of the Institution/Organisation and advancing the field of education with their pioneering spirit, demonstrated innovation, advocacy and career achievements that have improved the education industry. The Lifetime Achievement Award would be presented to an individual member whose long-term efforts, dedication, and sustained commitment has supported the organisation.
