Woodfines are delighted to announce that the firm has won the SME News UK Enterprise Award for Best Full Service Law Firm of the Year 2020.
Now in their fourth year, the SME UK Enterprise Awards continue to recognise SMEs of all sizes and across the UK who are endeavouring to better business in their industries.
Awards Coordinator Jessie Wilson discusses the success of this year’s programme: “As always, it has been a pleasure and a privilege to contact those that have been awarded in the SME UK Enterprise programme. I hope you all have a wonderful – and productive – rest of the year ahead.”
Woodfines’ approach to the pandemic was noted and the firm is proud of the efforts its teams have gone to in order to ensure service delivery remained a priority throughout.
An area of the business which has had to adapt, however, is the technological side, following the COVID-19 pandemic. Fortunately for clients, Woodfines has been quick to adapt to the challenges that COVID-19 has presented and is now able to offer a digital service to clients. With video call conferencing making up for most of the lost face-to-face contact, Woodfines has had to remain at the top of its industry to maintain client satisfaction levels. Yet, measurable results from client feedback surveys indicate that the firm has maintained those levels of service at an exceptionally high level.
Neil Gibbs, Managing Partner, said: “Recognition of the service we provide is well received at any time, but in these times it stands out. It has been, and remains, a challenging time for all businesses. The dedication of our people, camaraderie and sheer hard work has been striking throughout. Equally, we greatly appreciate and recognise the continued loyalty and positivity of our clients and contacts alike, who, like us, are adapting the ever-changing landscape.”
Stephen Goddard, Head of Business Development and Marketing added: “As a leading law firm in the Oxford to Cambridge arc, we are delighted to have won the award. It is testament to the dedication and resilience of our staff that we have been able to provide a high level of service to our clients.”
