The Woolpack, Stoke Mandeville has received a stunning refurbishment, re-opening to guests with a new look on Saturday 20th November.
The Woolpack, located in the picturesque Vale of Aylesbury, has undergone a significant makeover that has given the much-loved eating and drinking spot a modernised, stylish and contemporary feel.
Serving a top-quality menu featuring fresh flavours inspired by the seasons and modern world-food trends, guests can choose from a broad range of premium grill dishes, fresh fish that’s delivered daily, Asian influences and plenty of healthier and lower calorie options.
Whether you fancy something from the grill, such as Four-bone Lamb Rack, Rotisserie Pork Belly or expertly aged Steaks, there’s something to suit all tastes. Showcasing seasonal flavours, from Pan-Fried Wild Scallops with rotisserie pork belly, red cabbage & beetroot purée to Buttermilk Chicken Brie & Bacon Pie, the menu is packed full of irresistible creations and comforting classics, plus a dedicated Vegan Menu. All freshly prepared by its expert team of chefs using the very best ingredients.
Still offering fantastic value, the lunch menu includes dishes under 650 calories, hand stretched stone-baked pizzas and freshly prepared sandwiches. To make weekends extra special, peruse the extensive cocktail menu, which includes classics with a twist, such as a Koko Colada, everyone’s favourite Martinis and a selection of Spritz.
Leading the charge is Sarah Andrews, General Manager at The Woolpack for over three years. Sarah comments:

As part of the refurbishment, the pub has received a full makeover, utilising the open plan feel of the space to create a stunning, high-end look, but still retaining the signature village feel The Woolpack is known for. The large outdoor space, decked out with new furniture, patio heaters and glass screens, can host up to two hundred people, making it ideally suited for private hire for events.
