Commercial Property Consultants Celebrate Promotions

National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) continues to recognise talent in the Milton Keynes team with the announcement of a number of promotions.

Tom Harker, LSH’s senior Office Advisory agent in Milton Keynes has been promoted to Director, while Bradley Swingler and Raja Saleem from LSH’s Building Consultancy team have been promoted to Associate Director and Senior Surveyor respectively.

The promotions follow the success of Tom Blason, who qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor after passing his Assessment of Professional Competence in December 2021.

Speaking of the promotions, Dudley Cross, LSH Head of Office in Milton Keynes and newly promoted National Operations Director for Building Consultancy, said: “Many congratulations to Tom, Bradley and Raja who have shown that they have the professionalism and commitment to succeed at LSH. These promotions are a fair reward for their work ethic, commitment and professionalism and reflect the strength of our growing team here in Milton Keynes and the South East.

“Whilst LSH is a national business, we have a strong history in the region and we’re delighted with the growth and development of the team in Milton Keynes. As a business, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional support to all our staff, from the very beginning of their careers right the way through to director level and beyond and we are seeing the benefits of this through the continued retention and progression of our talented team members.

“As a national business we announced 37 promotions this spring and it’s a pleasure to recognise the hard work and commitment of these individuals.”

Dudley, who took up his new role as National Operations Director for Building Consultancy in April, has spent more than 25 years with LSH where he has progressed through the business, joining as a graduate in Northampton back in 1996. In his new role, Dudley is responsible for the delivery of LSH’s building consultancy offering across the UK from the firm’s 32 regional offices.

Dudley added: “LSH continues to offer our clients market leading professional advice, obtaining results across all service lines. From the initial input of our transactional teams, where market intelligence from agents on the ground such as Tom, who are supported by our central research team, ensure that our clients obtain the best outcome from any property acquisition or disposal.

“Through the provision of advice from our rating and valuation experts, the skill of our building surveyors in managing refurbishments, repair or new build schemes and finally culminating in the support of our property, asset and facilities management colleagues, we are assisting our clients throughout the property cycle.

“We recognise that property is a secondary consideration to most businesses and by working with and understanding our clients, we assume this burden and provide creative, innovative and bespoke solutions to all client needs.

“It’s been a fantastic journey for me and a real example of what can be achieved in a progressive business.”

Dudley also continues in his role as Head of LSH’s Milton Keynes office from which the business offers commercial property consultancy including agency advice, building consultancy, valuation, rating, planning and property and asset management services.
