New blood welcomed as regional hub continues to grow

Following their relocation to Witan Studios, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have bolstered their Industrial & Logistics, Building Consultancy and Office Advisory teams with the recruitment of Graduate Surveyor Nick Kingsley, and Apprentice Surveyors Natasha Hennessy and Thomas Pugh.

Building on the momentum of the new flagship location at the heart of the city centre, the three hires continue to demonstrate the importance of Milton Keyes as a regional hub to LSH, along with their commitment to the career development of employees as they train to become qualified chartered surveyors.

Having completed a degree in Real Estate at the University of Birmingham, Nick will be a valuable addition to the Industrial & Logistics Agency team, in a market which continues to thrive as one of the key locations along the M1 corridor.

The arrival of Natasha into the Building Consultancy team is another positive as the office continues its growth following the amalgamation with the Northampton operation. After spending three years at Northampton Partnership Homes, Natasha joins as part of the apprenticeship scheme and will continue studying towards a degree in Building Surveying at the University of Wolverhampton.

Thomas Pugh will join Tom Harker in the Office Advisory team, which has been active in completing a number of major lettings in 2022 and are currently advising on a number of best-in-class office schemes in Milton Keynes and the M1 corridor. The addition of Thomas will ensure that the team continues to provide a dynamic service to clients in an ever-changing marketplace.

Natasha and Thomas become the latest apprentices in the Milton Keynes office, alongside Louis Day and Holly Baker, further highlighting LSH’s commitment to the apprenticeship scheme which has started the careers of a growing number of surveyors across its UK offices.

Despite the current economic challenges and market uncertainties, LSH continues to build its Milton Keynes offering, providing services in Office Advisory, Industrial & Logistics, Building Consultancy, Lease Advisory, Valuation, Property Management, ESG and Compliance.
