Corby-based manufacturer PeterLynn Labels has secured a seven-figure funding package from HSBC UK to refinance its existing lending facility and strengthen its position for future growth.
The business, originally founded in 1985, manufactures self-adhesive labels for sectors including consumer goods, logistics, beverages, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. It uses a range of in-house technologies including flexographic and digital printing techniques to serve customers across the UK, including a number of well-known global brands.
Alongside the refinance, HSBC UK has also provided working capital facilities to support day-to-day operations and help the business manage cashflow effectively as it scales.
Tim Hayward, Director at PeterLynn Labels, said: “Over the past few years, our focus has been on developing the business and building on its strong foundations. This refinancing gives us the platform to move into the next stage of our growth and further strengthen our position in the market. We’d like to thank the HSBC UK team for its pragmatic and collaborative approach throughout, which made a real difference in reaching the right outcome for our business.”
Chris Swash, Relationship Manager at HSBC UK, said: “UK manufacturers continue to face a complex operating environment, where sustained cost pressures, evolving supply chains and shifting customer demand are reshaping how businesses plan and grow.

In this context, refinancing can play a pivotal role in giving businesses greater control over its costs and creating much needed breathing space in an ever-changing business environment. We’re pleased to have been able to support Continuance Capital on its acquisitive growth journey, as it continues to invest in businesses like PeterLynn.”
PeterLynn Labels is based at Label House, Baird Road, Willowbrook North, Corby and has been supplying labels to thousands of UK businesses for more than 40 years.
