One day that the players can take off to alleviate the pressure from their demanding schedule is the annual MK Dons Golf Day. Mark your calendars for April 8 as MK Dons return to the picturesque Three Locks Golf Club in Great Brickhill for the third consecutive year.
The day promises to be filled with camaraderie, competition, and a love for the sport of golf. A warm welcome and mouthwatering bacon rolls will kickstart the day, before the golfers head to the tees for a shotgun start at 11am.
The course will put the golfers’ skills to the test, as well as giving them the opportunity to rub shoulders with Dons players and staff, and mingle with other supporters and local businesses.
After an exhilarating day on the greens, the teams return to the clubhouse to share stories of triumphs and near misses with their fellow golfers over a delicious barbecue. As the day draws to a close, presentations will be made for the Best Individual Performance, the Longest Drive and the dreaded Bogey Prize.
To participate in this prestigious event, the starting price for a team of four is £455 plus VAT, this includes the green fees, delicious refreshments, and an unforgettable day of golfing. Those wanting to sponsor a hole can enter a team of four for £600 plus VAT.
