Landmark Property Solutions is celebrating the successes of some of the businesses that call its Challenge House property home.
The property, located in Bletchley, is home to several growing companies from a wide variety of sectors, illustrating the vibrancy of the local business community.
One such business is Quantum Mortgages, a specialist mortgage provider, offering buy-to-let landlords unique and modern mortgage products that meet their specific needs and go beyond the scope of what’s offered by the banks. The business was started by Managing Director Jason Neale in 2021.
With over 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, Jason saw a gap in the market for a lender that prioritised a common sense and human touch where some lenders rely on technology to make decisions on what loans to underwrite.
Seeing landlords’ needs weren’t being met, Quantum offered a fairer, more transparent and more ethical lending experience. Its approach led to unprecedented growth and much fanfare from within the industry, bringing success in numerous awards ceremonies in the first three years.
Quantum walked away with a Highly Commended at the 2025 Sunday Express Construction and Property Awards, while on the same day, Jason won the Business Leader: Complex Buy to Let at the British Specialist Lending Awards. Jason is also shortlisted for Business Leader of the Year at this year’s Financial Reporter Awards. In 2023, Quantum won a Mortgage Introducer Top Mortgage Employer Award, and early this year were shortlisted in three categories at the WhatMORTGATE Awards.
Basing the business within Challenge House from the outset offered Quantum an inherent scalability as the company grew from just one to 60 employees in only three years. Challenge House even performed works on the building to better accommodate that growth, removing walls to create a beautiful open-plan office space. With Quantum’s growth continuing, further expansion within Challenge House is certainly on the cards.
