The Lighthouse Theatre is excited to once again welcome Wilson Browne Solicitors as corporate sponsors for Kettering’s spectacular panto this Christmas, Jack and the Beanstalk.
Wilson Browne first partnered with The Lighthouse in 2017 for the record-breaking Snow White, which played to over 17,500 people. 2019’s Cinderella wowed thousands of local people with show-stopping musical numbers, beautiful costumes and hilarious gags. Jack and the Beanstalk 2022 promises to be bigger and better than ever, proving that the two organisations make a winning combination.
Plans are already well under way for this year’s show and the two companies are working on some spell-binding ideas and magical surprises together for lucky audience members.
Ashleigh Hammond, Theatre Manager at The Lighthouse Theatre, said:
“We are delighted to be welcoming pantomime back to The Lighthouse Theatre this year… oh, yes we are! The last panto, Cinderella, was a huge success and one of our best yet and we are delighted to be working alongside Wilson Browne once again this year.
“The Lighthouse Theatre pantomime has become an annual tradition for families and friends in Kettering and the local area, it’s fantastic to see it return after a two-year hiatus, and with Wilson Browne supporting the show, we will see our Christmas tradition growing bigger than ever.”
Naomi Edwards, Marketing Executive at Wilson Browne Solicitors, added:
“It’s great to be working with The Lighthouse Theatre for the fourth year. The firm has its roots firmly in the communities in which it operates – most of our employees and clients are local and we work hard to ensure we give something back. As well as supporting local arts and entertainment we’re also looking to spread some Christmas magic of our own with some great prizes, connected to the panto. Even miracles take a little time… so follow the Wilson Browne social media sites to get involved. We can’t promise a castle in the clouds or a terrific giant, but we can be a bit like magic beans and grow some great prizes for a few lucky winners.”
Two giant stars are joining this year’s panto. Todd Carty (EastEnders, Grange Hill & Dancing on Ice) will be starring as the courteous King Custard while Bethan Marshall (Mary P from Britain’s Got Talent) is coming to Kettering as the fascinating Fairy Fuchsia.
Jack and the Beanstalk will be on at The Lighthouse Theatre from December 9 to 31. Tickets are on sale now. To book call the box office on 01536 414141 or visit www.lighthousetheatre.co.uk
