Grace Homes has been recognised at the coveted LABC Building Excellence Awards for the third year running, for its Ashlawn Meadows, development of ten striking new homes on the outskirts of Rugby.
The Corby-based housebuilder triumphed over finalists across the West Midlands to be awarded the Best Medium Volume New Housing Development award. LABC Building Excellence Awards entries are judged regionally, and as a winner, Grace Homes has also been entered into the national awards ceremony due to take place in January 2023.
Henry Barney, Managing Director of Grace Homes, said:
“Despite the complications of the pandemic, Ashlawn Meadows was exceptionally well-managed, with efficient communication between all members of the project team. The resulting homes have been very well received and are a testament to everyone’s hard work.”
Grace Homes has been building homes in Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Warwickshire since 1997. From thoughtful designs and creative use of space, through to rigorous standards of construction and uncommonly high quality of finish, Grace Homes builds houses that people aspire to live in and are proud to call their home.
Grace Homes is currently building homes in Hallaton, Nether Broughton, and Melton Mowbray, with new projects in progress at Stoke Albany and Barton Seagrave.
