Blending retail, hospitality and festive spirit

Nestled in the heart of Northamptonshire, the award-winning Jeyes of Earls Barton is open throughout the festive season, welcoming guests to gather, celebrate and experience the magic that makes Jeyes a must-visit destination to shop, lunch and explore.

The Apothcoffee Shop has various dining areas, all of which are beautifully adorned with twinkling lights and seasonal decorations, inviting guests to indulge in the spirit of the season with their festive menu.

Pip Jeyes said: “Our Festive Menu is the highlight of the year – featuring dishes like turkey, stuffing and cranberry club sandwich; home-made turkey and seasonal veg pie; our bacon, Northamptonshire Blue Cheese and balsamic blueberry toastie; and our bacon, brie and cranberry quiche.

“We’ve also been working with Salma from Soulful, who has created delicious seasonal blends to enhance our coffees and hot chocolates – adding a rich, local flavour to your favourite brew. Pair it with a home-made warmed mince pie topped with clotted cream or a slice of festive cake and settle in for a moment of peace and indulgence.”

Jeyes also offers a range of inviting event spaces.

“Our event spaces are ideal for afternoon teas, festive lunches and intimate celebrations,” said Anna Jeyes. “The Garden Room and New Moon Cabin are both available for private hire and have become particularly popular for bridal showers and baby showers, so much so that they are often booked out most Saturdays for special occasions.”

Award-winning

The Jeyes family’s dedication to quality and supporting the local community has been recognised with several accolades, including the Outstanding Contribution to Northamptonshire Food & Drink award at the Weetabix Northamptonshire Food & Drink Awards 2024. Further testament to that commitment is the Gold award for Artisan Product of the Year received in October for Jeyes’s Northamptonshire Mustard.

The mustard is available to buy in the Jeyes of Earls Barton gift shop, a go-to destination for thoughtful presents, offering an eclectic, up-to-date and evolving range of gifts, fashion accessories, toiletries, children’s clothing and toys for all the family and all ages.

Georgina Jeyes said: “2025 was an incredible year for our business and we were thrilled to be awarded Gold for Best Gift Shop within an Attraction at the National Greats Gift Awards. This prestigious accolade, achieved against stiff competition, including Blenheim Palace Gift Shop, Savill’s of Windsor, and The Natural History Museum, is a testament to the variety and quality of our products and our personable customer service.”

Within the gift shop, the Jeyes’s Northamptonshire Hamper station provides customers with the opportunity to create bespoke hampers, mixing and matching sweet and savoury products. Jeyes of Earls Barton also supplies hampers to hotels and businesses throughout Northamptonshire – Christmas 2024 proved to be a record-breaking year, with Georgina, Pip and Anna personally delivering festive hampers to corporate clients across the county. They are eagerly anticipating another successful year and for those yet to organise office gifts, there’s still time to ensure clients receive A Taste of Jeyes’s in time for the festive season.

Jeyes is also home to a fascinating collection of exhibitions, including the story behind the iconic Jeyes Fluid, the history of the village, and quirky displays in the Kinky Boots showcase. A delightful journey through time that sparks curiosity in visitors of all ages.

Experiencing the Jeyes magic this Christmas will make memories that last well beyond the season.
