In early May, Woodfines welcomed Nardip Bhamra into the team in Milton Keynes as a Senior Associate, followed by Leah Barry as a Trainee Legal Executive in Bedford.
Joining the firm with 13 years’ experience under his belt, Nardip’s appointment further strengthens the expertise and offering of the firm’s Commercial Property team. In particular, Nardip brings extensive experience in landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposal and real estate finance.
Leah further adds to the team, having joined Woodfines from a local firm where she gained 10 years’ experience in the role of Legal Assistant before beginning her Legal Executive journey.
In her previous role, Leah mainly focused on sales, purchases and refinancing, and is now looking forward to stepping out of her comfort zone. Leah will be working closely with Charlotte Benjamin, who heads up the firm’s Agriculture specialism, and Michael Roche, Partner and Team Leader of the Commercial Property team, providing an opportunity for her to expand her knowledge whilst benefitting from their vast experience.

Woodfines’ Managing Partner and Head of Property, Suzanna Stephenson, said: “I am excited to have both Nardip and Leah join the growing team. Both bring expertise and extensive experience that complement the well-established team.
“They have hit the ground running with enthusiasm and a hunger to develop and broaden their knowledge to ensure we continue to deliver a first-class service to our clients.”
