Sarah Shum has joined Grosvenor as regional business development manager for the Midlands.
An experienced and skilled operator within the motor industry, Sarah is renowned for helping organisations optimise fleet operations, drive sustainability, and create cost-effective mobility strategies.
From leadership roles at Ford Fleet Management to client relationship management and commercial banking roles at Lloyds Banking Group, to corporate business development manager at Lex Autolease, Sarah has over 20 years of experience in the automotive, fleet management, and financial services sectors.
Sarah is adept at building meaningful client relationships and delivering innovative solutions.
In her new role, Sarah will be responsible for driving strategic business growth across the region, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and offering tailored fleet and mobility solutions that align with their long-term goals.

Outside of work, Sarah is a dedicated family person, married for ten years. Sarah is a proud parent to a 7-year-old daughter, a 4-year-old son, and a 14-year-old stepdaughter. Whether it’s cheering on their daughter at gymnastics competitions, enjoying family bike rides, or hosting cosy pizza and movie nights, family time is at the heart of everything she does.
