From Trainee to Solicitor: Woodfines Celebrates New Qualifications

Woodfines Solicitors are proud to announce that four of their Trainee Solicitors will be qualifying this November and continuing their legal careers within the firm, having each accepted positions across its offices.

Oliver McCormack will be joining the Commercial Property team in Bedford, working alongside Partners Charlotte Benjamin and Michael Roche.

Melanya Ponraj and Teleasha Vrioni-Wright will also qualify into Commercial Property. Melanya will be based in Cambridge, working alongside Neville Drummond, while Teleasha joins the Milton Keynes team, led by Managing Partner and Head of Commercial Property, Suzanna Stephenson.

Suzanna Stephenson commented:

“I am delighted that all of this year’s trainees have decided to take up positions in the firm and having three solicitors join my expanding team is fantastic and will enable us to continue and thrive in delivering our service pledge to clients.”

Chris Kenningham will be joining the firm’s Crime and Regulatory team, which operates nationally from its Milton Keynes base, supporting clients across all its offices in Bedford, Cambridge, and Milton Keynes.

Mike Hayward, Training Principal and Head of Regulatory and Dispute Resolution, shared his congratulations:

“I am thrilled that all of our qualifying trainees have decided to continue their careers with us, having initially joined as Paralegals. Seeing them flourish and grow into qualified solicitors is rewarding for us all to see, especially myself having been alongside them on this journey. It aligns with our ethos of education and growth for our people. Huge congratulations to you all.”
