Geared up for growth

Leading land, consent management and stakeholder engagement practice Ardent has made eight promotions in its London office as it gears itself for further growth in 2025.

Ardent, which has expertise in the consenting and delivery of projects across the transport, renewables, utilities and regeneration sectors, employs close to 200 people across offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Warrington, Manchester, Dublin and Glasgow.

It recently announced that it had hit £14.8m in turnover which is underlying its commitment to giving opportunities to its team at all levels with promotions throughout the business.

In London, Charles Gregory becomes Associate Director in the Valuation and Compensation team while Ellie Cornelius moves up to Senior Surveyor. Elliot Chandler (Utilities) has been made Senior Associate Director and Fiona Mulcahy (Transport) becomes Senior Surveyor in the Land Assembly directorate.

Aidan Fox and Nicola Dwyer have been made Consultants in the Land Referencing team while Callum Channing and Shivani Kara move up to Senior Consultants.

Elsewhere across the business, there were eight promotions in the company’s Land Assembly directorate including Graeme Black moving up to Senior Associate Director in Ireland. Jim Lowe (Transport) has become a Senior Surveyor as Laura Crumpton (Utilities) moves to Associate. Rosalyn Gledhill (Renewables) has been made Associate Land Officer as Hannah Purchase (Transport) takes up the role as Associate Director.

There were nine promotions in Ardent’s Land Referencing team as Daniel Rowley and Louisa Getley joined Aidan and Nicola in being made Consultants. D’Arcy Pearce joined Callum and Shivani in being moved up to Senior Consultant while Marcus Humphrey becomes Principal Land Consultant and Michael Kenny is now Principal Consultant.

In addition, Orla Downs has been promoted to Senior Engagement Consultant in the Planning and Engagement team.
