Heralding a new chapter for charity that harnesses the power of sport

Northampton Saints Foundation has ushered in a new chapter with the announcement of Jordan Letts at the helm as its Chief Executive Officer.

This significant milestone marks a new era for the charity, which harnesses the power of sport and rugby values to transform lives and communities.

Jordan’s journey with the Foundation began in 2018, and his ascent to CEO reflects his dedication and impact over the years. In his most recent role as Head of Foundation, Jordan played a pivotal part in expanding the charity’s reach and fostering partnerships that have fuelled its growth.

“Jordan has been an integral part of the Foundation’s success from its very inception,”

said Jon Drown, Chair of Trustees for Northampton Saints Foundation.

“Under his leadership as Head of Foundation, he has built strong partnerships and expanded key programmes that have significantly contributed to our growth and impact. As we embark on this new chapter, I am confident that Jordan’s passion, experience and vision will drive the Foundation to even greater heights.”

The Foundation, rooted in the heritage of Northampton Saints Rugby Football Club, empowers individuals and communities through education and social inclusion programmes.

Since 2018, the charity has positively impacted over 25,000 lives, offering opportunities for personal growth, skill development and well-being.

Reflecting on his appointment, Jordan shared his excitement and deep personal connection to the Foundation’s mission. He said:

“Since 2018, Northampton Saints Foundation has grown into something truly extraordinary, touching the lives of so many individuals. But our work is far from done. The need for our support continues to grow, and I am both humbled and proud to lead the charity into its next chapter, where we will strive to make an even greater impact.

“This journey is incredibly personal to me. When I joined Northampton Saints in 2015 and transitioned to the Foundation in 2018, I saw first-hand the transformative power of what we do. My passion for creating opportunities for those facing adversity stems from my own story – having once been in the shoes of the young people we now support.

“This role is more than a title; it’s a privilege and a promise – to empower every individual we serve and help shape a brighter future, locally and beyond.”

As CEO, Jordan envisions expanding the Foundation’s reach and amplifying its mission to create meaningful, lasting change. With his leadership, the Foundation is poised to grow, innovate and positively influence even more lives in the years to come.

For Jordan and the Northampton Saints Foundation, the future is bright, driven by a shared commitment to making a difference through the unifying power of sport.
