A new company offering IT support to businesses has moved into offices at Waterside House at Nene Business Centre, Irthingborough.
3RS IT Solutions has hit the ground running, already creating new jobs in the area.
Company founder and director, Stephen Souch, has worked in the IT industry for 16 years. He is known locally for founding NewGen IT in 2013 and building it up to a business turning over £1m with a strong team and board of directors in place.
Now in a different place in his life with a wife – 3RS marketing manager Leila Souch – and three children Riley, Reuben and Rory (the 3Rs), Stephen wanted to set up a company with a difference. One which was all about family and supporting other businesses where he could, through his extensive IT knowledge and experience.
“I am so excited about launching 3RS IT Solutions,” said Stephen.
“The very nature of what we do is all about support, but it doesn’t just end with IT support. We go that extra mile for our customers and our staff and feel so passionate about creating a family business with true, personal values that has the customer and staff at its heart. With IT, it is so easy to go down a route that is automated but you risk losing that personal touch, which is hugely important.”
The company was officially incorporated in February and has already established a team of six, and boasts 150 clients on its books. It has also introduced a customer feedback system that asks customers to provide feedback after every interaction so that it can constantly improve. In its first month, 3RS IT Solutions has achieved a satisfaction rating of 96%.
“I am hugely proud of everything we have achieved so far,” said Stephen.
“It has been a lot of work to start a new business again, recruit staff and onboard our clients but we have already done so much in a matter of weeks. We look forward to helping more businesses to grow through their IT and technology over the coming months and years.”
