Stadium MK has once again cemented its reputation as a premier venue for top-tier entertainment with the recent success of Take That’s This Life on Tour concert. The legendary pop group, consisting of Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald, delivered an unforgettable performance that left fans ecstatic. With an expansive setlist that spanned their 30-year career, Take That captivated the audience with classic hits such as A Million Love Songs and Pray, as well as modern favourites including Patience and The Flood.
The concert was more than just a musical experience; it was a spectacular showcase of staging, lighting and pyrotechnics, creating a vibrant and electrifying atmosphere on a warm summer night in Milton Keynes. Complementing Take That’s performance, the ever-charismatic Olly Murs provided a slick support set, ensuring the 30,000-strong crowd was thoroughly entertained from start to finish.

Football summer camps
Stadium MK is not just about hosting spectacular events; it is also a cornerstone of community engagement through the Milton Keynes Dons Sports & Education Trust (MK Dons SET). This charitable organisation is dedicated to making a positive impact on people’s lives through sports and community programmes. One of its standout initiatives are the Summer Holiday Football Camps, designed to engage children in fun and educational activities during the school holidays.
These camps offer a fantastic opportunity for children aged eight to 12 to learn new football skills from top coaches, participate in mini-matches, and enjoy a full day of physical activity. Held at Woughton on the Green, the camps provide a convenient and accessible location for families in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. Running through July and August, the sessions are structured to ensure a mix of learning and fun, making them an ideal choice for parents seeking to keep their children active and entertained during the holidays.
Each session runs from 9am to 3pm, with extended hours available from 8.30am to 4.30pm, catering to the needs of working parents. For £30 per session, with a 10% discount for full-week bookings, the camps offer great value for money.
This summer, MK Dons and MK Dons SET have partnered with Kellogg’s to launch the Kellogg’s Football Camps. These camps will support parents in keeping their kids active and entertained across Milton Keynes during the school summer holidays. Kellogg’s is giving away 30,000 free places for the camps before they kick off. Parents can claim a free spot by purchasing a promotional pack in-store and signing their kids up at www.kelloggsfc.com.
The sessions, which will be run by FA-qualified coaches, aim to be fun and give girls and boys the opportunity to get onto the pitch and follow in the footsteps of their footballing heroes.
