Drake & Partners have announced the appointment of Jonny Grove, who has joined to head up the firm’s new Building Consultancy team.
Drake & Partners already have one of the most experienced and established commercial property teams in the region and have a long-established reputation on agency, landlord and tenant, investment and other consultancy work. The addition of a new building consultancy arm to the practice will help Drake & Partners offer an even broader range of expertise and will allow the company to offer a complete package on all aspects of commercial property matters.
Jonny is an RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor, with 20 years’ experience of working in construction and building surveying. He started his career at Prestige Developments before moving on to CS2 where he held the positions of Director and Head of Marketing and Business Development for the group.
Jonny is a specialist in all aspects of building surveying and project management roles, including dilapidations, due diligence, contract administration, party wall and neighbourly matters, procurement and expert witness. He has particular experience in development and refurbishment work, as well as being vastly experienced in acting for both landlords and tenants on dilapidations and building defects.

In addition, Drake & Partners have also added to their growing team with the appointment of Helen Green as their new Office Administrator. Helen has a wealth of administration and PA experience, having previously worked in similar roles at the likes of Oakfield, Grant Thornton and Lambert Smith Hampton. Helen will offer a range of administrative support to the partners and surveyors and will act as the first port of call for many of our clients and applicants.
