New hires help ensure managed office occupiers’ needs are met

Managed office provider MetSpace, known for its thoughtfully designed workspaces, has expanded its team with three new appointments.

Leading the new hires is Daniel Yershon, who joins as Acquisitions Manager. Daniel’s role focuses on identifying and securing prospective locations across prime Central London, as well as building and nurturing key relationships with landlords and partners.

He began his career in residential property before moving into commercial real estate in 2019. He has since worked with several leading flexible office operators, gaining hands-on experience in workspace sales and occupier relations. He later joined the Langham Estate in 2022, where he developed expertise in the traditional leasing market.

Two further appointments have been made within MetSpace’s maintenance and operations divisions, with Giovany Mackson-Cheshire and Tyrece Edwards joining the Maintenance Team. Their addition strengthens MetSpace’s operations support network, ensuring the continued smooth running of each workspace.

MetSpace was founded in 2018 by founders that have a true heritage in commercial property: having been behind introducing the UK’s first managed office back in 1999.

Thought goes into every MetSpace managed office, whether it is designed for 10 or up to 100 people, spaces are always well designed and well equipped.

Currently managing over 100 offices in prime, central London locations, the company prides itself on understanding what occupiers want and need from a premium managed office, building and maintaining the relationships with landlords and brokers to fulfil that.

There’s a great speed of entry for occupiers, and occupancy stands at 97%. The smooth running of each is always achieved behind the scenes, allowing occupiers to get on with their day-to-day.

Daniel Yershon said: “The product was the initial draw to MetSpace. In a market where occupier expectations are constantly shifting, MetSpace is setting the standard, having identified exactly what occupiers require in this day and age. I’m massively motivated to keep the ball rolling on delivering the best possible opportunities to grow the portfolio further.”

COO Ashley Diamond added: “As our portfolio expands across Central London, it’s essential to add team members who share our vision and understanding of how the market is adapting to the modern way of working. Daniel brings that in abundance. His experience across both flexible and conventional markets makes him a valuable asset in identifying new opportunities and building strong landlord partnerships.

“The same can be said for Gio and Tyrece, whose work underpins the thoughtfulness and reliability MetSpace is known for. Whether it’s screwdriver maintenance or redecorating an available office, their expertise, speed and attention to detail ensure every space runs like a seamless, well-oiled machine.”
