After a successful pre-season campaign, the new Sky Bet League Two season is under way and Northampton Town have enjoyed a solid start, raising fans hopes as they wait to find out what the 2022/2023 season brings.
The club’s highly rated and entertaining hospitality options are back, with match-day hospitality and sponsorship opportunities for all upcoming fixtures. The All Things Business 1897 Suite offers a three-course meal, match-day programme and team sheet, plus pre- and post-match interviews. And there are also a few new events that will be announced in the coming months.
The legendary half time competition, Shoot The Boot, returned to Sixfields in August after many requests from the fan base. In association with, and newly sponsored by, Croyland Car Megastore, supporters have the chance to chip a ball in to the back of the car at half time and win £50.
At the beginning of August, Northampton Town Under 18s travelled to the Netherlands for a 12-day pre-season tour. The young Cobblers were based in Winterswijk for the duration of their visit, which was organised by League Football Education and subsidised by the Erasmus+ fund. There was a range of activities planned, including watching Vitesse Arnhem host Feyenoord on the opening day of the Eredivisie, and visiting Borussia Dortmund’s renowned Signal Iduna Park stadium. The team played Dutch sides Excelsior and De Graafschap, before making the short trip across the border to face German outfit Bochum.
Even though it’s still a few months away, businesses will soon be turning their thoughts to their Christmas Parties.
Sixfields Stadium is able to host many events of all different sizes and, with four rooms available, the events team can tailor packages to suit individual requirements. The club will soon be launching its Christmas Party packages that will be offered at £34.75 inc VAT per person for a three-course festive meal and disco.
