The hotel offers 14 meeting and conference rooms that can be arranged and adapted to suit any number of delegates from a confidential one-to-one interview to a full staff meeting or team building day.
All the rooms are air conditioned and have wifi, as well as professional audio-visual equipment including flat-screen TVs. They can be booked from £30 per hour or from £165 for the day and catering can be added where required. A Day Delegate Rate starts at £39 per person and includes room hire, a two-course hot and cold buffet lunch, unlimited refreshments and snacks.
Once the business of the day is over, Kettering Park Hotel & Spa’s bar and restaurant offers a delicious choice from bar snacks to a la carte for lunch or dinner. Those dining in December can enjoy the hotel’s Festive Lunch or Dinner menu, created by the head chef and the kitchen team to provide some special dishes to help everyone get into the Christmas mood.
Lunch is available Monday to Friday and dinner Sunday to Thursday evenings and the selection includes roasted woodland mushroom and sage soup and poached crayfish salad among the starters and butter-roasted British turkey paupiette with streaky bacon, cranberry farce and rich pan jus and crisp filo pastry vegetable Wellington with braised winter vegetables and wholegrain mustard sauce among the mains.
There’s an option of Thwaites’ Award-Winning Ale sticky plum pudding with Baileys vanilla Anglaise or rich Belgian chocolate delice with crème Chantilly and raspberry for dessert or, for those who prefer, there’s a British cheese selection with artisan biscuits and cinnamon spiced apple puree.
