Safety measures rolled out to all staff and visitors

Proud to have kept their doors open to NHS and key workers throughout lockdown, Holiday Inn Corby-Kettering has ensured that the safety of the hotel has remained paramount throughout.

As one of the only hotels in the county to remain open, Holiday Inn has seen its new measures benefit regular visitors, too, since the restrictions were eased in July.

The new measures that have been introduced include additional cleaning, hand sanitiser stations, protective reception screens and signage to mark out social distance points and distancing arrows. Only one guest, or guests in the same group or family, may use the lift at any one time.

PPE has also been provided to all staff members and it is mandatory for everyone to wear a mask in public areas except when eating or drinking in the bar and lounge areas. Housekeeping will no longer enter customers’ rooms during

their stay.

As current regulations ban hotels from offering a self-service buffet breakfast, Holiday Inn Corby offers table service and room service throughout the day.

With safety at the forefront of the business, the team have thought very carefully about the change of the operation to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

The safety programme is designed to keep customers and teams safe and has been implemented into all IHG hotels as part of the IHG way of clean promise.

We look forward to welcoming both new and past customers to our hotel, and we guarantee you a safe and relaxing experience with us.
