Solicitors show commitment to talent with strategic promotions

Leading full-service legal firm Woodfines is pleased to announce two promotions within its Wills, Probate and Lifetime Planning team.

We congratulate Jacqui Pearce and Natalie Richards on their well-deserved promotion to Senior Associate, effective November 2025.

Jacqui Pearce, who joined Woodfines in September 2020, undertakes a variety of work, including drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and administering estates. Jacqui completed her Law degree and Legal Practice Course at the University of Hertfordshire and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2013. She became a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2025.

Natalie Richards joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2017 after graduating from Northumbria University, Newcastle, with first-class honours in her LLB and distinctions in her LLM and LPC. She was admitted to the Law School’s Honour Roll during each year of her degree after attaining exam results in the top 10% of her year group. Natalie qualified as a solicitor into the firm’s Wills, Probate and Lifetime Planning team in September 2019, following completion of her training contract and went on to become a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in February 2025, achieving an impressive distinction in her STEP qualifications.

Mikhala Leak, Equity Partner and Head of Wills, Probate & Lifetime Planning team, comments: “We are thrilled to celebrate Natalie’s and Jacqui’s well-deserved promotions. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence have made a meaningful impact not only within their team but across the firm.
