Thrilling second party date is announced

MKFM has announced a second event at the Marshall Arena at Stadium MK following the success of the 90s vs 00s Party.

MKFM’s DJ Hurley has announced that there will be another party at Marshall Arena this October and it will see the return of Ben Ofoedu, who stole the show last time with Phats & Small classic hits. The second event is planned for Friday October 27 and will be a 90s vs 00s Halloween featured event.

The original event, attended by around 2,000 people, was hailed a great success, with live performances from former Sugababe Amelle Barabarh, Baby D, Rozalla and Ben Ofoedu, who sang the 90s classic Turn Around.

DJ Hurley told MKFM listeners that he is thrilled to be getting back on stage with Ben Ofoedu, whose hour-long set in April was the highlight for a number of guests.

Joining DJ Hurley and Ben Ofoedu live on stage will be former BBC Radio 1 and MKFM DJ Dave Pearce, who will be playing the best anthems from the 90s and 00s, alongside one of the biggest dance acts from the 90s, Livin’ Joy.

Darren Dorrington, CEO for MKFM said

“We can’t wait for our second event at Marshall Arena, work is under way to make this an even better event. The acts lined up for October are amazing and there’s an opportunity for people to dress up for Halloween if they want to.

“Marshall Arena will also be opening more bars, in addition to serving food and having more pop-up stalls serving drinks.”

Also lined up for the evening, in keeping with the Halloween theme, is one of the greatest Michael Jackson tribute acts, as seen on Britain’s Got Talent, Rory Jackson. Rory will be performing as guests arrive on what is set to be another fantastic evening.

Tickets are on sale now with Early Bird tickets priced at just £15.
