2021 sees something of a new start for a leading firm of insurance brokers who moved into spacious new offices in Northampton in December.
Towergate Insurance Brokers Northamptonshire has moved from its previous headquarters in Woodlands House, Cliftonville to McGowan House at Waterside Way.
The relocation is part of Towergate’s continued expansion in Northamptonshire, where a team of 65 employees, including account handlers, account executives, an in-house claims team and support staff, look after the needs of a wide and varied customer base. The business delivers insurance broking and risk management advice through a team of talented local people who between them encompass hundreds of years of experience.
The team works tirelessly to support clients’ interests to achieve competitive premiums, swift claims settlements and tailored risk management programmes, simplifying the complex world of insurance and risk transfer. The office move will not only support continued expansion in Northamptonshire, it will broaden Towergate’s proposition around risk management and in-house surveying which will assist in an ever-changing market. Having outgrown its previous office, the move to a new site will be a basis for growth in 2021 and beyond.
The new office is fresh and modern, allowing the team to work collaboratively, encompassing new technologies to support clients virtually and in person. Just as importantly, it will support the wellbeing of the team itself, with increased break-out spaces, shower facilities and a more picturesque location which will enable the team to achieve optimal efficiency in their time at work. The business remains in a central location to continue to support clients in-person and provide a quick and efficient response to their needs.
