Supporting you and staying connected

We are currently living in extraordinary times, with the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak having some form of impact upon everyone – from families to businesses. As the situation continues to affect our world, we at Hewitsons remain committed to ‘Absolute Client Focus’ and to delivering continuity of service. We remain very much open for business whilst respecting the requirements of the UK Government.

The health and safety of our staff, partners and clients is of paramount importance to us. As such, we continue to closely follow the advice issued by HM Government and Public Health England, and will respond accordingly.

Our offices remain open, albeit with reduced skeleton staff present onsite to facilitate ongoing business where it remains essential for us to do so, supporting our legal team who are working remotely.

Our investment in IT means that we were able to act quickly and implement remote working practices across our offices for all our fee earners. All of us will continue to be in full contact and are accessible by phone, Skype and email.

We are committed to maintaining ‘business as usual’ and ensuring our clients continue to receive the highest quality service without disruption. We have updated our procedures so that in most cases we are still able to carry out work for you even though we cannot meet in person.

In addition, we have established a dedicated coronavirus response team, which meet frequently, albeit virtually. Our experienced legal teams are always available to assist clients with legal requirements including to advise on the legal challenges this unprecedented situation is presenting.
