What is Spaces?
Spaces is the new, smart and flexible desk and meeting room booking solution which comes as an add-on for Sign In App. Our latest addition to Sign In App enables businesses to embrace the hybrid workforce and manage reduced site capacity by allowing staff to book desks, meetings rooms and break out areas. Spaces allows you to easily monitor who is expected on site and how your office space is being used.
Using our simple designer on the online portal, you can set up your Spaces by recreating your workplace in a few simple steps without the need for expensive consultancy fees, or, for an even quicker process, you can simply upload a floor plan. To maintain social distancing, there’s also an option to disable desks and you can set a maximum occupancy for each zone. With our mobile companion app, it’s easy for staff to book their space, whether it’s on the day or in advance.
We strive to provide affordable tools to our community that help them manage their workplace without breaking the bank and we hope we have achieved this with Spaces.
