Firms join forces to run economic recovery webinars

News, Recruitment & HR | May 5, 2021

HR Solutions

A multi-award-winning HR company has teamed up with an internationally recognised accountancy firm to provide additional support to businesses as part of the economic bounce back from the pandemic.

HR Solutions, which has a head office in Kettering, is partnering with Nordens Chartered Accountants to run a series of webinars on the Interactive Accelerator Programme (IAP) covering subjects such as sales and marketing, mindset, cashflow and culture.

IAP co-founder Joe Sword, Head of Strategic Consultancy at Nordens, will be leading the webinars, guiding businesses through how to achieve a positive attitude at work and in life, whilst analysing ways to maximise your profit, potential and credentials.

The webinars are accessible on https://www.hrsolutions-uk.com/business-support/ and will run weekly on Wednesdays from 11am until 12 noon as follows:

May 5 – Mindset

May 12 – Cashflow

May 19 – Systems & Processes

May 26 – Profitability

June 2 – Team & Culture

HR Solutions CEO Greg Guilford said: “Setting clear goals and an overall vision is one of the most important parts of any creative processes, especially in business. One of the biggest sins for a business owner is to not have a goal, and arguably even worse is having a goal that lacks purpose, meaning and clarity, and following it.

“It’s essential to think about your consumer and how your offerings will affect them. This will essentially articulate the ‘why’ in your vision and uncover the solid core of your business in the process.”

Joe Sword said: “With our years of experience working with business owners of all sizes and in varying industries, we are well positioned to understand and advise on what successful businesses do differently from those who aren’t successful.

“The IAP is a bi-weekly group consultancy and advisory programme designed at giving small business owners three key things: knowledge, clear direction and goal setting, and accountability. This helps to remove any emotional attachment, whilst enabling you to view things from a different angle.”

Greg added: “The final segment of the IAP is all about team and culture which provides the fabric and DNA of your business. Having a clear direction for your team is integral to achieving success. It’s almost impossible to succeed without effective and regular communication in place.

“Listening to your team and involving them in facets of the business, especially your goals and vision of the company, is imperative.

“We are delighted to be working with Joe and Nordens to deliver these helpful and informative webinars to help businesses get back on track after what has been a difficult 12 months of trading for all.”
