Estate agent shortlisted for two awards

An estate agent with branches in Corby and Kettering has been shortlisted for two business awards.

Belvoir, which is has offices on George Street in Corby and on Newland Street in Kettering, was nominated for the SME Northamptonshire Business Awards in the Best Customer Service category – which is decided by a public vote.

The firm, which handles both sales and lettings, has also been named as a finalist in the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards 2021 in the category of Residential Property Management Agent of the Year.

Insider’s Midlands Residential Property Awards, now in its sixth year, will showcase the best project, developers and agents over the past 12 months. Belvoir has been shortlisted in recognition of its property management strategies and customer service initiatives that benefit tenants and landlords, as well as its response to industry demands. The winner will be announced at a black-tie dinner on Thursday, July 22 at The Eastside Rooms, Birmingham.

Belvoir Corby managing director Bobby Singh said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be finalists in not just one, but two fantastic awards. We pride ourselves on our customer centric approach and our first-class service, so to be nominated for Best Customer Service is very special to us indeed.

“The pandemic has changed the way we have worked over the past few months, and we are proud of our team and the way they have handled such a momentous challenge.

“We wish all the finalists in both awards the very best of luck and look forward to celebrating together at the ceremonies.”

Belvoir would be grateful of any support in the public vote for Best Customer Service. To cast your vote, visit https://northamptonshireawards.co.uk/public-vote/
