How long have you been partnered with Chandler Comms Ltd?
We have been partnered with Chandler Comms for around two and a half years.
How has your experience with Chandler Comms Ltd been?
We are really impressed with the level of efficiency and customer service. We have received round-the-clock support, with extremely fast response times. I know that I can drop Chandler Comms an email, and they will respond to me within 15 minutes. We have built a close relationship over the last two and a half years!
How has the pandemic changed the way you work?
Before and throughout the pandemic, communication has always been key for us. We are always in need of many data sims, mobiles, wifi dongles, so we have been building upon this. We now work more remotely, with mobile phones now being used more than ever before.
Has Chandler Comms Ltd. assisted you with the remote working/connectivity side of things since the pandemic?
Over the pandemic we have relied hugely on video conferences, mobile phones for instant messaging, Teams meetings etc. The level of service we receive from Chandler Comms has been extremely important during the pandemic, we know they’re always on hand, so if there’s any critical issues they will be solved in a timely manner.
How do you see your requirements changing over the next one or two years?
With the business expanding, we are always going to need more mobile phones, mobile numbers etc, as this is continually growing alongside the business. Our requirements will change in volume, we will need more of what Chandler Comms are already doing for us. Obtaining the same level of service from Chandler Comms will be key for us throughout this expansion.
How was the porting process?
The porting process for us was very easy. Chandler Comms reassured us that this would be an easy, stress-free process. They guided us through, reduced all risks, continually reassuring us whilst providing a very timely, professional and trouble-free solution.
