Technology provider unveils new branding

News, Technology | April 1, 2022

Over the past few months, Pragmatiq (previously PragmatiQ Solutions), a Microsoft Dynamics Gold Partner based in Milton Keynes, have been working hard behind the scenes on a brand refresh. As part of this, the company has recently revealed the revamped branding and a new website.

Reflecting the story and ethos

The decision was made early in the process to drop ‘solutions’ from the company name, as the business has evolved over the years and this part of the brand identity had felt increasingly less significant. Pragmatiq are more than just a solutions provider, working closely with businesses to become an extension of their team.

To accompany this name change, Pragmatiq have revealed refreshed branding and a strong, unique logo. Reflecting the story and ethos of Pragmatiq was important: the blue arrow represents progression and moving forward, which is what the team strive for both in house and with their clients and the solutions that are implemented.

Alongside the new branding, Pragmatiq are also proud to unveil their updated website. The main outcome was to achieve a website that not only met the business’s organisational goals but also provides a streamlined and enjoyable user experience, ensuring that visitors could find and engage with the content they require, in the best way possible.

Company values

The Pragmatiq team have always had a strong sense of who they are, and how and why they do what they do, but pinning down the right way to represent this hasn’t always been easy.

As part of the brand refresh, the team reviewed their purpose, values and key differentiators, to ensure these truly reflected Pragmatiq. Over the course of the last few months, several brainstorming sessions have been held, gathering input from everyone and discussing the points that define the business.

Since the company was founded, the team have worked hard to develop and maintain a strong company culture and supporting values. The values embody Pragmatiq and underpin everything that is done within the business. Additionally, they help to ensure all activities and initiatives related to hiring, promoting, development and reward are aligned.

The results of those discussions and brainstorming are embodied in the values below:

Be ‘Pragmatiq’: providing the best possible technology and practical considerations to help a company thrive.

Demonstrate excellence in everything we do: there is an uncompromising standard that Pragmatiq aim to achieve in all that is done within the business.

Approach challenges with a ‘can do’ attitude: solving problems is critical to both Pragmatiq’s and their customers’ success. When faced with each challenge, the team approaches it with a solutions-focused mindset to get the job done successfully.

Be a team player with a collaborative mindset: believing great ideas come from everywhere. Pragmatiq seeks to create an environment where the best ideas, regardless of their source, have a chance to flourish.

Go the extra mile: Pragmatiq strive to be the best and at times, this means that the team are willing to push a bit further to ensure a successful outcome.

Why we are different

A consultative focus: taking technology out of the conversation initially; working closely together to understand the business, processes, challenges and what is trying to be achieved, so Pragmatiq are able to advise on the right solution. The customer’s business model is always the starting point and Pragmatiq are uncompromising in their approach to be more than just a ‘technology company’.

Pragmatiq employees are passionate and care: the Pragmatiq team are passionate about what they do and head into work every day excited about working with their customers and what they can achieve. They recognise if you like what you do, you will do it better and deliver to a higher standard.

Simple language: often, IT resources cannot translate ‘technical jargon’ and this is a common barrier. Pragmatiq’s consultants are not only technically capable but are able to identify business challenges and explain how they can be solved in simple language.

Commenting on the overall brand refresh, Stuart Goldwater, Managing Director at Pragmatiq, said:

“We have been working hard behind the scenes on this rebrand for several months, refreshing key elements of the business such as our name, logo and website. Since the company was founded in 2017, we have grown significantly, evolved our product offering, moved into new premises and have no plans to slow down. We wanted a bold, modern brand image that echoed our past and demonstrates our development as a forward-thinking company.”

Pragmatiq are proud of the journey they have been on to get to this point and are excited for the next chapter.
