MK Gateway

On 17-19 May, the Socius team will join over 4,000 attendees in Leeds for the annual UKREiiF event, which connects people, places and businesses to accelerate the Levelling Up Agenda, whilst unlocking sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment across the UK.

MK Gateway, Socius and Patron Capital’s exciting new sustainable development in the heart of Milton Keynes, will be showcased as part of a joint exhibition with Milton Keynes Council and Invest MK, offering an insight into the exciting and rapidly evolving future of Milton Keynes.

With a model of the MK Gateway site – designed by globally-renowned architects, Rogers Stark Harbour and Partners (RSH-P) – to be displayed at the event, the stand promises to demonstrate Milton Keynes’ unique position within the premier Oxford to Cambridge Arc growth corridor and how this is set to ignite and influence investment within Milton Keynes.

As well as being available to talk to attendees on the stand, the team will host both a dinner and lunch opportunity, attend the prestigious UKREiiF Awards Ceremony, for which Director of Socius, Olaide Oboh has been shortlisted in the ‘Social Value Creator of the Year’ category, and will be speaking at a number of panel/round-table discussions, including:

We can’t wait to talk to attendees from the public sector, Government, investors, funders, developers, housebuilders and more about our exciting plans for MK Gateway, the many other mixed-use development projects that we have in the pipeline and our wider commitment to creating sustainable and impactful developments across the UK.”

Head of Economic Development at MK Council, Sophie Lloyd, said:

“Invest Milton Keynes is excited to be joining Socius in showcasing Milton Keynes at UKREiiF this year. If you want to know more about how you can be part of the success of one of the UK’s fastest growing cities, please come and see us there.”
