Space for when you want to keep your options open

Space for when you want to keep your options open

Hybrid working has opened up a host of opportunities for both employers and their teams, allowing greater flexibility and potential cost savings.

Some companies have given up their premises altogether, while others have downsized in light of more people working from home, often introducing hotdesking so that employees can be in the office as and when it suits them. For many staff, the option to work from home part of the week reduces commuting times and transport costs and generally means more time spent with loved ones either during or at each end of the day.

When businesses do need to bring their teams together, there are plenty of options, especially with the array of meeting room options at the likes of Kettering Park Hotel and Spa.

Easy to get to, positioned as it is just off Junction 9 of the A14, the hotel offers numerous options for meetings of any size, from a one-to-one in a convenient and private location, to a full staff get-together for up to 260 people, and anything in between.

The Conferences and Events team can advise on room configuration to suit all needs, whether it’s a meeting around a board room table, space for a teambuilding day, or a presentation to an audience theatre-style

The boardroom meeting rooms have all been refurbished recently and offer air conditioning, free wifi, and professional audio-visual equipment including flat-screen TVs. Where there are still individuals  who can’t make it in person, or who still prefer to work at home, hybrid meetings, where some delegates join in remotely can be arranged.

Space for when you want to keep your options open

The Day Delegate Rate starts at £37 per person, including room hire, a two-course hot and cold buffet lunch, unlimited refreshments and snacks. Meeting rooms can be booked from £25 per hour or from £100 for the day and catering can be added where required.

The Business Lounge is available throughout the day to access snacks and hot and cold drinks, it means meetings can be run on a timetable to suit the organisers.

Andrew Hollett, General Manager at Kettering Park Hotel & Spa, said:

“Although many businesses are back to normal working after the pandemic, the world of work has changed and many people have taken advantage of the flexibility of hybrid working and not being tied to an office.

“But there are times when you need to bring everyone together, or when Zoom or Teams is simply not suitable for a meeting, and when that happens, we have something that will work for everyone, from small to large groups and with catering provided in line with the organiser’s wishes.”
