Sixth office extends conveyancing specialist’s reach

Legal | November 1, 2022

key conveyancing

Conveyancing specialist Key Conveyancing is widening its scope, opening an office in Kettering, its sixth in total, to provide legal support to clients not only in the town but in Corby, Rothwell and the surrounding areas.

The newest office, in Kings Court, Kettering Parkway, will offer the services of property teams with many years of experience in buying and selling houses.

Head of Residential Property John Turner said:

“Our thinking is that people prefer to work with a company that is based in their locality and, since we already have a number of clients in the area, it made sense to open a Kettering office. We work closely with a number of estate agents in Kettering and Corby already and having a presence will enhance the service we can provide to our clients.”

Kettering joins the portfolio of offices, which also includes Northampton, Market Harborough, Milton Keynes, Bedford and St Neots. One of the fundamentals of the Key Conveyancing offering is that it is a legal practice that does nothing other than help people buy and sell their property, and so has developed an in-depth knowledge and experience of its local markets.

Clients are promised a personal service with regular updates, no jargon and fixed fees on a no-sale-no-fee basis.

Conveyancing Manager Harry Wild said:

“The business model is successful, and we’ve grown steadily, particularly in the last three years or so and that’s down to the service we offer. We make a promise that clients will have the name and contact details of the person dealing with their sale or purchase, and they can call or email them any time.

“We know how stressful the process can be and clients just want to know, in plain English, how things are progressing and that we are looking after their best interests.”
