Finance | January 4, 2023

Phipps Henson McAllister

The new year starts with an exciting announcement as Phipps Henson McAllister celebrate the appointment of Paul Leach as a Partner of the firm. The appointment is part of the firm’s ongoing plans to grow and strengthen the practice.

Paul is a highly skilled accountant, tax and business adviser and has extensive experience of over 19 years in the Leicester and Northants area. He demonstrates the firm’s values by delivering exceptional client service and overseeing a team, helping them to thrive.

Paul said:

“I am delighted to have joined Phipps Henson McAllister and already feel very much at home, with the values and ethos of the practice very closely aligned with mine. I’m really looking forward to contributing to the excellent services that the firm provides and am very excited for what the future holds.”

Paul’s experience covers a wide variety of services, specialising in advising on business start-ups, owner-managed companies, partnerships and sole traders. He takes a proactive approach to business, working closely alongside his clients to ensure tax efficiencies and planning opportunities are optimised.

“There have, of course, been a lot of uncertainties in the past few years which has changed the mindset of many business owners and the dynamic of their business processes,”

said Paul.

“I believe that it is crucial, therefore, to understand your client’s business and their needs to ensure that advice given is relevant and specific to each scenario helping them achieve their goals.”

“I can’t wait to meet with the existing clients as well as looking to take on new business opportunities to help grow and develop our well established and reputable practice further.”

Ross Phipps, Managing Partner, added:

“We are delighted to be able to introduce Paul to our clients and professional contacts. Paul is a great fit for our team and we are very much looking forward to continuing to grow and develop the practice with Paul as part of our management team.”

2023 sees Phipps Henson McAllister celebrating its 30th year in business. Having developed into one of Northampton’s leading independent firms, it has the team, the expertise and the experience to be able to support businesses through
