Stephen Watts, Midlands Managing Director, said:

“Since moving into our new premises in Knowlhill in 2020, we’ve recently expanded our office space to reflect increased market opportunities and demand for both our compliance and advisory services.”

Partners of The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA), Fortus’s in-house Service Charge team has its main hub in Milton Keynes. By also collaboratively working alongside the firm’s Hertford and Southampton offices, the team have earned themselves the title ‘largest Residential Service Charge accountants in the UK’. 

Behind these dedicated service lines is a growing team of talented individuals bringing a breadth of expertise that clients can benefit from. Fortus work with numerous training providers to ensure the training needs and desires of the team are met from both a technical and softer skills perspective.

Since 2020, in order to meet rising client demand, the number of employees has grown by 35% in the Midlands, and 30 apprentices have been taken on across all service lines and locations.

Stephen added:

“We continue to invest in the next generation and we’re proud of our Apprenticeship Programme, something we set up seven years ago. The younger cohort based in our Milton Keynes office are particularly active and often lead the way in initiatives across the region, which is fantastic for their development and that of others.”
