Oracle Red Bull Racing F1 Simulator draws crowds during debut appearance at popular UK venue

Motors, News | June 6, 2023

Oracle Red Bull Racing

Memento Exclusives, the UK-based sports memorabilia specialist – earlier this year unveiled its new partnership with reigning World Champions, Oracle Red Bull Racing, licensing them to build and sell official 2022 Oracle Red Bull Racing RB18 Show Car Simulators.

Built using official CAD from the team, these unique simulators not only grab attention with their stunning detail but also provide fans with the ultimate racing experience – the closest thing to driving a real F1 car.

One of these limited edition simulators went on public display for the first time over the Monaco Grand Prix weekend. The venue – the perfect location for the simulator to make its maiden appearance – was UK’s petrol head nirvana, coffee house, gallery and boutique, Caffeine & Machine.

During the bank holiday weekend, which also marked the prestigious Monaco race weekend, the venue hosted a fan event which featured a Champions Edition specification simulator, on loan from Memento Exclusives. This simulator was not only on display, but was also available for visitors to experience the Monaco race track virtually from within the exact replica of the cockpit Max Verstappen used to win the 2022 F1 World Championship.

Memento Exclusives also hosted a hot lap challenge with unique prizes on offer for the fastest of the weekend. The popular coffee house and car culture destination used the simulator to promote its weekend activities which was reflected by the big crowds attending the event.

The Monaco Grand Prix weekend marked the simulator’s public debut, with the simulator appearance proving a hit amongst UK petrol heads. This simulator was among the first to be built by Memento Exclusives, with several currently being built for customer orders across the globe. In the coming weeks collectors from Las Vegas, Canada, Austria and Mexico will receive their strictly made-to-order F1 simulators.

The simulators are available in two editions – the Champions Edition and Race Edition – offering fans, collectors and gamers the ultimate racing experience and the chance to feel what it is like for two-time World Champion Max Verstappen and Sergio Pérez as they take on the world’s best circuits.

Available to purchase from www.f1authentics.com or via private sales, these simulators offer the closest experience to racing a real car and are the ultimate collection piece.

Barry Gough, CEO and Founder of Memento Exclusives and F1 Authentics commented:

“I am proud to see our first ever bespoke simulator make its first public appearance – and what better weekend to debut it than the prestigious Monaco Grand Prix. We have several requests for these impactful simulators to be at high profile events this year and are delighted at the response we’ve had from our customers since launching in March 2023. These simulators are a world first and are already – as expected – in high demand.”

F1 Authentics is the home of official F1 memorabilia, hosting both an online shop and auction, where fans of the sport can get their hands on incredible collectibles found nowhere else. Items are also authenticated using F1 Authentics’ NFC authentication system, ensuring what you buy is the real deal.

You can find these official simulators at www.f1authentics.com.
