In September, we got together to celebrate two staff milestones in the office with James Robinson and Gareth Davies both reaching 10 years of service with the firm. In addition, we also welcomed our new starters Partha Joshi, Vai Rawji and Joshua Cross to the team.
James Robinson joined the Hawsons team in 2012 as a graduate, he is now a Corporate Services Manager in Northampton. James enjoys spending time playing golf and attends a number of golf networking events. During James’ time at Hawsons, he completed the charity abseil down the Northampton Lift Tower back in July 2021 and you may have also seen him on the All Things Finance podcast discussing what you should expect from your accountant.
Gareth Davies joined the firm in 2012 as a school leaver, he is a member of our specialist tax department providing tailored tax planning, advice and compliance services. Since joining, Gareth has completed all his training with Hawsons and is continuously developing to this day. He recently took part in the Peak District Ultra Challenge alongside five colleagues, walking 52 kilometres in a day and raising over £3,000 for charity.
Gareth and James are a shining example of dedication and loyalty to the firm. They are hugely valued members of the team, both of whom we see progressing even further with the firm in the years to come.
At Hawsons we are committed to regular investment in new trainees. At the start of September, we took on three new starters; two graduates and one school leaver. Partha, Vai and Joshua have already found their feet in the short time they have been with us, as a firm we strive for everyone to feel comfortable when they first join so they are at ease when they start working. We will continue to invest in people and welcome a new positive energy to our office.
Partha, Vai and Josh have settled in brilliantly since joining the firm and I’m sure they will prove to be valuable members of the team as they progress through their studies, we are delighted to have them on board.
