- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which is all about how people use their own experiences to get through life. That can be things they have taught themselves or that they have learned along the way. By understanding more about what they have learned, clients can reprogramme their minds to claim the behaviour
they want. - Hypnosis enables communication directly with the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind is the motherboard and control panel for behaviour and hypnosis helps create new behaviour in the control panel and embed the new programme to the mind.
- Massage is a healing treatment, reducing stress and increasing relaxation. It reduces pain and muscle soreness and tension, improves circulation, energy and alertness, and improves the immune system, lymphatic system, lowers blood pressure and heart rate. It is an instant feelgood treat which can be easily factored into a regular wellbeing routine.
- Reiki helps the body channel energy to where it needs it most. It helps the client feel relaxed, brings balance and a calming energy that helps focus the mind to find solutions. - Life after Burnout Programme – weekly 90-minute sessions over eight weeks, which combine NLP and hypnosis; a weekly distant reiki session and a wellbeing giftbox sent out to you to help with the journey. The programme is ideal for individuals that have a situation they want to change, for those that have high levels of stress and have no work/life balance – who want to know what happens when you stop, stand still, and how you can still love your work and be overwhelmed – get some balance, focus and clarity.
- Day Spa at the Barn, including, typically, a morning of NLP/hypnosis, followed by an afternoon of massage, reiki and crystal healing, a wellbeing giftbox and refreshments for the day. The focus of the day is a detox for the mind, to help you see a different perspective, lengthen your fuse and get some clarity.
- The Little Spa is two or three treatments chosen by the client, or two or three hours in person at the Barn. The Little Spa package is the perfect way to help resolve a situation, even if it is one you can’t quite put your finger on, and find some inner peace and clarity.
