As organiser and host, we at Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce are building on the resounding success of last year’s awards to deliver a programme worthy of successful local businesses that employ local people and serve our local communities.

The 2024 awards attracted the highest number of entrants ever, and this year we want to see even more local businesses showcasing their success.

Enter the awards! Here’s how…
Each company can enter up to three of the awards’ 21 categories, and we’ve made it easy for you to submit entries by putting the entry process entirely online
Entries are open now – please ensure all completed entries, and supporting information, are submitted in full by March 21, 2025.
When will you know if you’ve won?
Judging will take place and complete within the month of April. After that, and the finalists in each category are announced, it’ll be a nail-biting couple of months as we await the unveiling of the winners of the SME Bedfordshire Business Awards Gala Dinner on Thursday June 19 at the Riverside Suite, Venue 360, Luton.
Are the awards really for my business?
Absolutely! If your business has 250 employees or fewer, and operates in Bedfordshire, you’re eligible to enter – there are no rules around sector or industry.
And you’re not limited to company categories – you can enter people for an award, too. For companies there’s everything from Bedford Business of the Year and Best New Business, Family Business of the Year to High Growth Business of the Year.
For individuals, Entrepreneur of the Year, Young Business Person of the Year and Business Person of the Year are all up for grabs.
In short, if you’ve got a success story to tell, the awards organisers we want to hear about it.
