DFA Law LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of Samantha Randolph an experienced corporate solicitor in its growing Corporate & Commercial Team, led by experienced corporate lawyer Kirsty Simmonds.
Samantha joins the firm with a strong background in advising owner-managed businesses on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including company structuring, shareholders’ agreements, corporate transactions, and commercial contracts.
Samantha also brings valuable in-house experience from her time as legal counsel at Octopus Investments, one of the UK’s leading investment firms. During her time there, she advised on a broad range of investment-related matters and gained unique insight into the commercial and legal needs of fast-growing businesses and their investors – experience that now benefits the firm’s clients seeking practical, business-focused legal advice.
