Fisher German has promoted Stevie Frazer to Senior Associate and Jessie High and Jonny Hosein to Senior Surveyors.
Stevie works within the Building Consultancy department where he acts on behalf of landlords and tenants in the commercial and retail sectors.
He said: “I specialise in contract administration, dilapidations advice, building defect surveys, and due diligence assessments so my focus is on delivering clear, reliable guidance tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
“I am very pleased to have received my promotion, which reflects the dedication and effort I’ve invested over the past few years.
“Career development is a key priority for me, and I’m grateful to my line manager, John Owen, for his continued support in helping me identify opportunities to broaden my contribution to Fisher German, beyond fee-earning responsibilities, by taking additional roles that enhance my value to the business.
“Looking ahead, my goal is to continue growing professionally by enhancing my expertise and increasing the value I bring to both my clients and to the company.”
Jessie joined Fisher German through the merger with Matthews and Goodman. She specialises in central London office leasing, providing strategic occupier advice to tenants as well as asset strategy and marketing advice to landlord clients.
Jonny joined Fisher German this January and is part of the investment team where he advises on a range of asset types, with a specific focus on Central London offices, logistics, and single-family housing.
Fisher German LLP has promoted 50 colleagues across all areas of the business following a decision to refresh its branding to position it as a pioneering, driven consultancy with trusted experts who share knowledge across the business and provide substantial added value to clients.
The firm has also updated its external branding to reflect a shift in mindset, a change in its growth strategy, and its future ambitions.
Many of those promoted have also been taking part in Fisher German’s Big 25 Challenge – an epic journey between the firm’s 25 UK office locations with a ban on motorised transport – to raise money for 25 different charities.
The challenge is due to end on Thursday October 30th as the team finally makes it back to its London office in the City after starting the journey in May.
Richard Benson, Senior Partner at Fisher German, said: “These promotions shine a spotlight on the very best of Fisher German and recognise colleagues who have worked so hard in support of their clients and the business.
“All our promotions align with Fisher German’s Grow Framework which helps colleagues understand how to drive their careers forward at the firm.
“I’d like to congratulate every colleague who has been promoted, which plays a massive part in ensuring Fisher German continues to build towards the future in all areas of the business.”
