We are thrilled to announce the return of Karen Teago who has re-joined our Employment team at EMW Law on an interim basis, to assist at an exceptionally busy time for the team. With over 20 years of experience in the employment and HR fields, Karen brings a broad skill set and a fresh perspective to our team, further strengthening the range of support we provide to our clients.
Karen is no stranger to EMW, having previously worked with our Employment team for nearly a decade. In the intervening time, she has expanded her professional portfolio by gaining extensive business experience across a variety of legal and non-legal roles. This has enhanced her ability to provide practical, tailored advice on a broad spectrum of employment matters. Notably, Karen is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), having achieved this through the rigorous Experience Assessment route.
Commenting on her return to EMW, Karen said: “Having learned so much at EMW in my early career, I’m delighted to be working with the team again. In my time away, I have gained a wealth of business experience enabling me to home in to a client’s commercial objectives and provide the right advice for their situation. Rejoining EMW offers an opportunity to bring this experience to bear in advising and supporting our clients.”
James Geary, Managing Partner at EMW, added: “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Karen back into the fold. Her expertise and wide-ranging experience, including her understanding of business dynamics and employment law, make her a great asset to our Employment team. Karen’s ability to navigate complex employment matters with clarity and precision ensures that our clients continue to receive the high standard of service we’re known for. Her return strengthens an already outstanding team and reflects our commitment to attracting the very best talent.”
Welcome back, Karen!
