EMW has announced the appointment of three senior lawyers to its commercial team, further strengthening its support for businesses across the region.
The firm has welcomed Jenna Bruce, Stacey Taylor and Aimée Johns, enhancing EMW’s expertise across commercial, technology, intellectual property and employment law as part of its continued growth strategy.
Jenna Bruce joins EMW with a focus on information technology and intellectual property. Her experience includes advising on software and SaaS arrangements, technology and outsourcing contracts, and IP protection. Jenna supports businesses undertaking digital transformation, launching new products or preparing for investment and will be based in Milton Keynes, working with clients across EMW’s wider footprint.
Commenting on her appointment, Jenna said: “Clients can now access seamless IT and IP advice alongside wider commercial support. Whether they are navigating digital change, launching new products or planning for investment, our aim is to help businesses move forward with confidence.”
Stacey Taylor advises on high-value and complex commercial matters, including commercial agreements, e-commerce, IT contracts and data protection. She is known for her pragmatic and collaborative approach, working closely with clients to manage risk while supporting growth. Stacey will be based in Northampton.

Aimée Johns strengthens EMW’s employment law offering, advising employers on a broad range of workplace issues. Her work includes leadership challenges, culture and wellbeing matters, and supporting organisations through the impact of evolving employment legislation. Aimée will be based in Northampton.
