Global property investor, owner and developer, Prologis, has appointed Conscious Communications, the Cambridge-based B Corp certified communications agency, to support its local communications and stakeholder engagement activity around its investment in and development of the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
The appointment reflects Prologis’ long-term commitment to Cambridge and its intention to work closely with organisations that are deeply rooted in the local community, supporting an approach to local engagement that is embedded from the outset and sustained into the future. Conscious Communications will provide strategic communications support, media relations and stakeholder engagement, helping to ensure Prologis’ activities are clearly communicated and aligned with local priorities.

The appointment forms part of Prologis’ broader approach to long-term stewardship within the city, focusing on building trusted local relationships and contributing positively to the places where it invests. This includes working in close partnership with Cambridgeshire County Council to bring forward its long-term vision for the Cambridge Biomedical Campus with a $4 billion (£3 billion) planned investment into the area. By working with a Cambridge based consultancy, Prologis is seeking to ensure its communications are informed by a deep understanding of Cambridge’s economic, civic and community landscape, reflecting a commitment to ongoing, transparent engagement with local stakeholders as the Campus continues to grow.
