Fresh from winning the Employer of the Year award at this year’s Baltic Apprenticeships Awards, Northamptonshire IT consultancy 3RS Solutions is on the hunt for a new IT service desk technician to add to its growing team to support its plans for growth.
The awards, hosted by local apprenticeship provider Baltic Apprenticeships, recognised the company for going above and beyond to help grow skills, build careers and make a real difference to those working in the IT sector.
The recruitment of a new IT service desk technician is another step forward in 3RS IT Solutions’ growth plans, having opened its first office in Wellingborough, followed by the opening of its Leicester office, alongside an office space in Nottingham in 2024.
The new role will be based at the company’s head office in Wellingborough with the successful applicant being the first point of contact for its clients, providing technical support and troubleshooting issues, while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
