All Bedford Blues men’s fixtures until the New Year are now on sale as the club continues the countdown to an exciting 2023/24 Championship and Premiership Cup campaign.
Competitive action gets under way this month with the visit of Caldy, during the Cup pool stage, as part of a special Blues Foundation Family Fun Day ahead of the mouth-watering prospect of former European champions Leicester Tigers heading to town in October.
Ealing Trailfinders are the first visitors to Goldington Road in Championship action later that month before the club remembers the fallen heroes and welcomes current serving personnel on Remembrance Weekend against Hartpury University on November 11.
The opening home derby of the season sees Blues square off against newly promoted Cambridge for the first time since February 1979 with Richie Williams’ side the visitors in late November.
2023’s final men’s game sees early Christmas celebrations at the traditional festive fixture with Nottingham in mid-December.
It’s set to be a cracking start to the season with tries guaranteed at Goldington Road. The home fixtures for 2024 will be released at a later date.
