International independent real estate consultancy Hollis is celebrating five successful years of business in Milton Keynes.
The firm opened its Milton Keynes office in 2018 in order to gain a foothold in the South-East of England as well as provide a hub for our people to enjoy a better work/life balance. Experiencing a great deal of expansion over the past five years, the team has grown from three to 13 employees, including a management team of four, each with their own specialist area:
- Tom Pugh, Director and Head of Hollis Milton Keynes, specialises in measured surveys and area referencing and is an expert in property measurement
- Carl Sablon, Head of Industrial and Logistics, is a project management specialist with a particular focus on sustainability credentials
- Andrew Jenkins, Building Surveyor, is highly skilled in landlord and tenant work, pre-purchase advice, technical due diligence and project delivery
- Nick Lincoln, Senior Associate, is a dilapidations expert negotiating between landlords and exiting tenants
The fifth anniversary reinforces the quality and diversity of work provided to clients over that time, particularly in the area of sustainability. The team has been involved with large and significant projects across the region for clients such as M&G Real Estate, DTZ Investors, Hermes Investment Management and LaSalle Investment Management. Most recently, the office led the refurbishment of a 21,284 sq ft landmark warehouse space for SEGRO which saved 130 tonnes of embodied carbon upfront.
Commenting on the office’s milestone, Tom Pugh said:
“The past five years for the office have seen great client growth, employee development and the opportunity to work on some of the most sustainable industrial refurbishments in the UK.
“A lot of clients are setting ambitious ESG targets and thanks to our expertise and sustainability drive we have become a trusted partner to many local and national names in real estate looking to build long-lasting and sustainable portfolios.
“We are thrilled to celebrate five successful years and look forward to an exciting time ahead.”
